The Southwest Onslow Stallions were trying to gallop their way into the State Semi-Finals against the Jags from Northampton.
DaMonta Winbush got things off to a great start with a touchdown run of over 50 yards for a touchdown.
Shak Persey would find Jide Brown for a nice catch in the back of the endzone to make it 29-0 Stallions.
Winbush would add another touchdown before the half with a nice run from 11 yards out where he carried a defender more than 10 of those yards.
Southwest Onslow wins it 50-6 over Northampton.
Red Springs 41 James Kenan 68
The Tigers have been blowing out opponents all year but they might have finally come up against someone who can light up the scoreboard as much as they do.
The Red Devils got out to an early lead before the Tigers roared back with two touchdowns from Barnes to Fullwood.
They would score 68 points to move on to the semi-finals where they will host SW Onslow in what could be the game of the year.
Manteo 14 Plymouth 34
The Redskins made the second trip of the year to Plymouth to take on the Vikings. The last meeting was a 44-8 Plymouth blowout.
This one wasn't as bad but the Vikings were still too much for Manteo.
Carl McCray had a touchdown and Kendrick Pitt added a two point conversion and the Vikes move on with a 34-14 win.
They will host upstart Princeton in the fourth round.
Bunn 13 Northside-JAX 28
The Monarchs got another great effort form Dwayne Johnson as he scored three touchdowns in the game.
But the play of the day was served up by Josh Cabrera in a tight game.
The Monarchs 13 point lead was cut to three and Bunn was driving when Cabrera picked off a pass and returned it for a touchdown making it 21-10 after the two point conversion.
The third Johnson TD sealed it and the Monarchs advance with a 28-13 victory.
Northside will play Carrboro in the semi-finals.
New Hanover 35 New Bern 49
The Bears survived a surge from the Wildcats to get through to the next round with a 49-35 win.
Cody Purdie had a huge night scoring 3 touchdowns and making a big stop on defense that was the hit of the night on The Blitz.
Jachin Watkins added two scores and Josh Taylor and his replacement Mike Hughes hooked up for a score in the win.
The Bears will host Scotland County next week as the Bears are looking to exact some revenge from their playoff ending loss last year to the Fighting Scots.
Washington 7 Havelock 57
Taylor Woods had a 22 yard rushing touchdown to get it started for the Rams.
Derrell Scott also had a couple of scores and the Rams defeat the Pam Pack for the second time this year by a score of 57-7.
The Pam Pack touchdown was the first points Havelock has given up in the playoffs.
The Rams will Host Orange next week.
Northeastern 24 Tarboro 52
The vikings move on after blowing out Northeasten 52-24.
They will host South Columbus next week for a chance to go to the State Championship.
