Rudy Gay, Eric Gordon and Anthony Davis, the No. 1 overall pick in the recent NBA draft, were trimmed from USA basketball team, thus finalizing the 12-player roster that will seek the gold medal in the Olympics in London.

USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo and head coach Mike Krzyzewski made the final cuts Saturday to produce a roster that consists of LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Tyson Chandler, Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook, Andre Iguodala, Blake Griffin and James Harden.

Five of the players -- James, Bryant, Anthony, Paul and Williams -- were members of the U.S. team that won a gold medal in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
