A suspect got away with cash during a late night armed robbery in Greenville, according to police.

The crime was reported at about 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, investigators said. The victim, 19-year-old Forrest Averitte, was walking when he was robbed near the intersection of 11th and South Washington Streets, said police. The suspect pulled out a gun and stole an unknown amount of cash, according to investigators.

The identity of the suspect was unknown and at last check, no arrest had been made.
