WARSAW DUPLIN COUNTY - The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman from Duplin County.
Residents are asked to be on the lookout for 36-year-old Stanna Marie O'Brien, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
O'Brien is described as being 5'6" and 290 pounds. She has red shoulder-length hair and green eyes.
She also has a tattoo of a flower on her left wrist and a butterfly tattoo on the back of her neck. A third tattoo is on her left leg and reads, "STO."
O'Brien was last seen wearing a short-sleeved gray striped shirt, black capris and flip flops. She was last seen at 1129 Isham Frederick Road in Warsaw and she may be traveling to Clinton, according to the Center for Missing Persons.
O'Brien was seen getting into a silver four-door passenger car, unknown make or model, possibly driven by a white female named Ashley, investigators said.
