Police: Wanted suspects steal $1,500 in items from Walmart

Police said they are looking for two people who stole more than $1,500 worth of items from a Greenville Walmart.

According to Sgt. Joe Friday, the larceny happened at the Walmart at 210 S.W. Greenville Blvd. A man and a woman entered the store at about 11:55 p.m. on Aug. 15. and filled up a shopping cart with more than $1,500 worth of merchandise, including 173 packs of batteries, four bras, various candies, and 25 cigarette lighters, Sgt. Friday said.

The two suspects then allegedly rolled the cart out of the Walmart. They were last seen pushing the cart towards Hooker Road, said Sgt. Friday.
