(CNN) -- In a 5-to-2 decision, the Supreme Court of Georgia denied Tuesday a stay of execution for convicted murderer Warren Lee Hill. Hill, 53, is scheduled to be put to death at 7 p.m. by lethal injection at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson.
