(CNN) -- One protester has been killed in clashes outside a hotel in downtown Cairo, a spokesman for the Egyptian Health Ministry told CNN Saturday. The fighting is over court verdicts in a controversial case involving riots that killed dozens over a year ago at a soccer game.
