Three arrested on multiple drug charges in Beaufort County

WASHINGTON, Beaufort County - Three people have been arrested by the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office on multiple drug charges.

Adrienne Napier, 33, Phillip Woolard, 32, and Penny Wilson, 43, were each arrested on Sept. 15. Below is the press release on the arrests.

On 09-15-2017, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Drug Unit arrested Adrienne Napier, 33 years of age, of lot 46 Maryanna mobile home park in Washington, Phillip Woolard, 32 years of age, of lot 46 Maryanna mobile home park in Washington and Penny Wilson 43 years of age, of 90 Robin Road in Grimesland.

Napier was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Heroin, Maintaining a Vehicle used for Keeping and Selling a Controlled Substance and two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Woolard was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Oxycodone a Schedule II controlled substance. Wilson was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Their arrest stemmed from Investigators making purchases of Heroin from Napier and Oxycodone pills from Woolard.  Investigators conducted a vehicle stop on a vehicle that Napier was driving.  Woolard and Wilson were passengers in the vehicle.  Investigators conducted a search of the vehicle after K-9 Elza alerted.  Investigators found Heroin and Heroin Paraphernalia in Wilson's purse and Heroin Paraphernalia in Napier's purse.

Napier was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $150,000.00 secured bond.  Woolard was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $130,000.00 secured bond.  Wilson was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $30,000.00 secured bond.
