The Duplin County Sheriff's Office and the Jacksonville Police Department will receive money for their involvement in a drug investigation.

The investigation led to more than $4,000,000 in funds being turned over to authorities.

A total of 19 local and state law enforcement agencies from across the Southeast are splitting the money.

The Duplin County Sheriff's Office will receive more than $200,000, while Jacksonville Police will get just over $150,000.

Both agencies plan to spend their share on training and equipment.
