Kinston man is sentenced to federal prison
A Kinston man convicted of conspiracy to distribute drugs will go to federal prison for nine years.
Omar Fogg, 34, was sentenced on Tuesday to 108 months imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release.
U. S. Attorney Thomas G. Walker says Fogg and his associates were responsible for the distribution of approximately 40 kilograms of cocaine, two pounds of marijuana, and 1,000 ecstasy pills from 2009 to October 6, 2010.
Fogg was arrested by members of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Greenville Police Deparment in the Bronx, New York in October 2010.
