'Star Trek: Next Generation': Where are they now?

It's been 20 years since "Star Trek: The Next Generation" aired its final episode on May 23, 1994. With two decades having passed since the show left the airwaves, take a look at where its stars are today.

Nimoy reprised his Spock role in the 2009 reboot of the "Star Trek" film series and in the 2013 sequel "Star Trek Into Darkness." He also voiced the character Sentinel Prime in movie "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and had a recurring role on the sci-fi TV series "Fringe." He died from complications of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at age 83 on Feb. 27, 2015.
