Bill Clinton speaks to 4K at Obama rally in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. - Bill Clinton says North Carolina residents should vote for President Barack Obama in part because he supported the bailout of the U.S. auto industry and signed a law that gives workers more time to file pay discrimination lawsuits.
The former president spoke Sunday to about 4,000 people at Pullen Park in Raleigh. He says the Democratic incumbent is a better "decider-in-chief" than Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
Obama narrowly won North Carolina in 2008. It is considered a swing state again this year.
First lady Michelle Obama will visit Charlotte on Monday, the day before the election.
