Woman injured in Asheville fire dies
A woman firefighters pulled from her burning Asheville condominium has died from her injuries.
Firefighters found 62-year-old Debbie Bebber in her condo when they responded to a fire late Friday morning.
The fire department says she died Sunday evening at Mission Hospital.
Three other condominiums were damaged.
Division Chief Mike Knisely says the Asheville-Buncombe Arson Task Force is investigating the cause of the fire.
Knisely says it took 30 firefighters took about 40 minutes to control the blaze.
