Two people rescued from car in ditch

Firefighters rescued two people from a car that crashed into a ditch.
The wreck happened after 7 p.m. Monday, at the intersection of Highway 43 and Black Jack- Simpson Road, south of Greenville. A Lexus turned in front of a Mercedes, causing the crash, troopers said.
According to crews on scene, two people were pulled from the vehicle that was in the ditch
Investigators did not release the identities of the victims or the extent of their injuries.
