A fiery motorcycle wreck hospitalized two Camp Lejeune Marines Sunday afternoon.
The scene was Highway 24 at Haw Branch Rd., near Richlands.
Troopers say the Marines were going west on the highway about 3:15 p.m., when Tyron Parker pulled out in front of them in a GMC truck.
James Pricket, 26, rear-ended the truck, and Pricket's motorcycle caught fire, trooper said.
Pricket was airlifted to a hospital with critical injuries.
The other Marine, 23-year-oldĀ Guadaloupe Torres, ran off the road.
He was taken to a hospital with less-serious injuries.
Troopers say speed was a factor, and everyone involved will be charged.
