Teen Due In Court For Indecent Exposure

Frederick Ammirata, 19, is due back in court Monday for allegedly exposing himself to a 9-year-old girl as her mother watched.

Police accuse Ammirata of running through an accounting firm's parking lot in New Bern, wearing nothing but shorts.  Ammirata then allegedly exposed himself to a 9-year-old girl.

Ammirata is charged with felony indecent exposure.
