A 14-year-old who could be suffering from dementia has gone missing from Alamance County.
A Silver Alert was issued at 4:26 p.m. Sunday for Bryanna Mykala Wiggins.
Authorities say she could be traveling to eastern North Carolina.
Bryanna went missing from a group home in Haw River.
She was last seen wearing a purple tank top, black gym pants, and multi-colored mismatched socks.
Anyone with information is asked to call investigators with the Haw River Police Department at 336-570-6777.
