GREENVILLE, PITT COUNTY -

A female ECU student reported to authorities that she was the victim of an armed robbery in which a female robber got into the victim's car, forced her to drive, and robbed her at knife point.

The student told investigators it started at Charles and Greenville Boulevard, right next to campus.

The victim said she stopped her car there, the robber got in with a knife, then demanded money and told the victim to keep driving.

The student reported the crime at approximately 6 p.m. Saturday.

They drove for just over a mile down Charles, to Greenville Boulevard.

The victim says the robber then got out and ran toward Krispy Kreme.

The student described the robber as a black female with a pony tail running down the middle of her back, and wearing a white t-shirt.

The student was not hurt.
