Robbery reported at Williamston motel

WILLIAMSTON -

Martin County Dispatchers confirm a robbery is reported at a Williamston motel.

The emergency call came in around 11:30 p.m., Monday night.  Dispatchers say the robbery was reported at the Economy Lodge on East Blvd.

There is very little information being released.  Dispatchers didn't know if the suspect was still on the run Tuesday morning.  The investigation continues. 

We are working to gather more information on this case.
