Police continue search for suspect in salon robbery

NEW BERN -

Police said they were looking for someone who robbed a salon in New Bern Thursday night.

The robbery happened at Amazing Nails & Facials salon, located on 2873 Trent Road, just before 9 p.m.

The suspect stole an undetermined amount of money, police said. It was not known whether the suspect had a weapon.

Police and K-9 units said they were looking for a white male, about 5'6" to 5'10" and weighing 175 pounds. He was described as being clean-shaven, with light colored, Rockport shoes.
