Police: School bus hits USPS vehicle

JACKSONVILLE -

Jacksonville Police confirm a school bus was involved in an accident Monday afternoon.

At approximately 3:00 PM today, JPD officers respond to a report of a crash of a school bus and a USPS mail vehicle in the 300 Block of Scottsdale Drive in the Country Club area.

Police say the bus was transporting six White Oak High School students. There were no serious injuries.

The bus driver was cited by JPD Traffic Officer Daniel Gallardo for driving left of center.

The crash remains under investigation.
