One person in custody after drive-by shooting

NEW BERN -

The New Bern Police Department is investigating a drive-by shooting.  The incident happened just after noon Monday on Mechanic Street.

Police say a suspect is in custody, but they do not have a victim.  It is unclear at this time if anyone was shot.
