Rontrell Hooks, 20, is a repeat offender, according to police. Officials arrested Hooks next to the KP Mini Mart on Garland Street in Greenville, near South Greenville Elementary School. Police say Hooks resisted arrested and fought with officers but was eventually subdued and taken into custody.
