A log truck crashes near a busy Craven County intersection early Friday morning. 

Several viewers alerted us to a log truck crash at the intersection of HWY. 55 and Hwy. 43.  The calls to our newsroom came in around 7:20 a.m.  Friday. 

According to New Bern Police, a single log truck turned over as it was traveling north just past the intersection.  The driver wasn't hurt.  Traffic was blocked off on a portion of Hwy. 43 as officials worked to clear the scene.
