Kinston man accused of raping 15-year-old girl

GREENVILLE -

Magarrett Govan, 36, was arrested on three counts of statutory rape early Friday morning.  

Greenville police accuse Govan of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at a Greenville home in December. 

Officers report Govan was living at a Kinston address but couldn't be located at that home.  Shortly after police conducted a search and believed Govan was staying somewhere in the Greenville area.      

Govan was in the Pitt County Detention Center on a $2,000,000 bond.
