Gas truck involved in crash

A crash involving a gasoline truck caused lunchtime delays.
It happened on HWY 17 north of Kite Town Road at around 11:30 this morning. That's between Vanceboro and Chocowinity. Witnesses say traffic was slowed as the Vanceboro Fire Department directed traffic.
No word on injuries in the crash.
