Firefighters investigate shed blaze

A shed burned Sunday afternoon just steps from an occupied home.
Fire investigators are on the scene as of 7 p.m.
The scene is the 100 block of Shadow Brook Lane in New Bern.
That's near Highway 17, on the southern side of the city.
No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is undetermined.
The shed does not have electricity and the owners say they were not in the shed at the time of the fire.
New Bern Fire Marshal Danny Hill said the blaze does not appear suspicious.
