Estates battling over insurance money

CRAVEN COUNTY -

After a man and his wife died in a rainy-day car accident in 2010, representatives from their families are now suing each other over insurance money.

Alsheen and Temikia Wooten died on Highway 43 in Craven County. Children the pair left behind are also in the middle of the suit, which focuses on the $30,000 from the insurance company.

Temikia was driving, and troopers ruled her driving was to blame for the wreck.
