Deputies: Sweepstakes manager chases down robber

The Onslow County Sheriff's Office arrested a man they said robbed an internet cafe.
The incident happened Wednesday evening at the Sweepstakes Internet Café on Highway 17 in Onslow County. Deputies said a man came into the business and asked a manager questions about how the games work. During that time, the suspect then pulled out a gun and demanded money. After a brief struggle with the manager, deputies said the man grabbed a money bag and ran out of the store.
The incident didn't stop there, according to a news release. The manager of the store then got into his pick-up truck and chased after the suspect. The chase happened for about a mile before the suspect got out of the manager's sight.
Deputies said the suspect was found in the bed of a nearby pick-up truck. He's been identified as William Inman. The release stated Inman was holding the recently stolen money, the stolen bank bag and a BB gun. Inman was taken into custody without incident.
