Deputies: Sex Offender caught

A sex offender who deputies say went missing has been located.

They say that Russell Harrington was wanted for leaving Carteret County and failing to notify the Sheriff's office of his new address.  He's been located in Wake County.

Harrington has been a part of the North Carolina Sex Offender Registry since 2008. He was convicted of a sex offense with a 10-year-old child.
