The nightclub owner Deval Taylor says a fight inside the club sparked the shooting.
"One bad apple spoiled a party Saturday night, one bad apple," said Taylor.

According to Bertie County Sheriff John Holley, three people were shot and two were taken to a hospital via private vehicles. But there is no word on the names of the victims or the extent of their injuries.
