TV12 production reserves the right of linear/non-linear editing system decision. Must have not produced a commercial with TV12 Productions within three years. The Ultimate Ad PackagePlease allow a Minimum of 3 business days after editing session for Approval or Changes before Air Date. NewsChannel12 Productions reserves the right to cancel production twenty-four hours in advance. No production will be done without a Completed Production Order. Packages do not include dub charges or applicable taxes. Finished commercials are the property of the advertiser, all commercial masters will remain at WCTI.
