Police say an armed man terrorized a local neighborhood.
Edward Turner, 61, was arrested yesterday after pulling out a 45 caliber handgun. It happened in front of the Kettle Restaurant on North Marine Boulevard.
Arrest warrants say Turner even threatened a man with the gun, cocking it as if he was going to fire. He's set to be in court on November 19.
