Murder Trial Set to Begin

   The trial is set to begin on Tuesday for a man accused of shooting another outside of a Havelock restaurant.

Gary Hayes is facing first degree murder charges in the death of Odell Foster. Foster was shot to death outside the Bayside Restaurant in April 2008.

Another man, Moses Rodriguez pled guilty to Felony Obstruction of Justice charges in the case. He is set to testify against Hayes.
