Jury selection is underway in a Havelock murder case.
Moises Rodriguez pled guilty to felony obstruction in the case. Prosecutors say he will testify against Gary Hayes in this week's trial.
Havelock Police say last year Hayes shot Odell Foster at the Bayside Restaurant in Havelock. Friends of Foster brought him to Carteret General Hospital where he died.
