Some important information for parents, if you want your child vaccinated for the H1N1 virus.
The Jacksonville Daily News reports students in the Carteret County school district will be receiving information today about a free, voluntary H1N1 vaccine program. The information will include a consent form and a letter from the Health Director.
Schools are asking for the consent forms to be returned tomorrow, so they can coordinate the H1N1 clinics with the Health Department.
