After 63 home break-in's in Onslow County alone, the jig is up for one Eastern North Carolina man.
Onslow County Sherriff's Deputies arrested Thomas Ruckman last night, ending a crime spree that spanned eight counties. Just in Onslow County, Ruckman faces 130 charges including breaking and entering and possession of stolen property.
He is set to make his first appearance in court today.
