A Jacksonville woman is being investigated, after she allegedly punched a South Carolina police officer in the face.
The Jacksonville Daily News reports Regina Daughtry, 37, has been charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and public intoxication. Police say Daughtry punched the officer this weekend, when they tried to arrest her friend for for public intoxication.
She's due in a South Carolina court on November 16.
