You may see smoke coming from the sewers in Havelock today.
The City of Havelock is using smoke to test out their sewer system today. Several repairs have been made to the system recently, and the smoke is used to make sure everything is sealed and working properly.
The testing will last all day. It's being done along the service road from Wendy's to Rite Aid.
