Some people in the East will be without power for a few hours today.BR>
Folks living in Sneads Ferry will have a planned power outage today, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The outage is needed to energize the new Marine Corps Command Substation on NC 210.
The North End of Topsail Beach and the Stone Bay Rifle Range will also be affected.
